Introduction
JFSD-100 Electric Miller is an instrument which makes use of the fast cutting made by rotational blade's fast revolve and fixed blade, and can quickly make samples into powder. It has the advantages of high efficiency, simple operation, continuously smashing samples, even fineness degree of smashing. The fineness degree of smashing can be controlled by changing sieve and adjusting the distance between fixed blade and smashing chamber through adjusting screw. The instrument is widely used for smashing processing of samples such as rough rice, wheat, corn, beans and so on.

Operation
Take sample 50g, remove its impurities, and put it into the hopper. Then turn on the power. When the machine works normally, pull out the baffle. The sample will fall into work chamber gradually. After that, close the baffle. The sample goes into sample container through sieve after cutting made by rotational blade's fast revolve and fixed blade. Power off when the sample is completely smashed. Take out the smashed sample for test. For testing wet gluten content of wheat flour, choose sieve with diameter of 0.6mm. According to GB/T14608-93 "wheat flour wet gluten test method", take wheat sample 100g, smashed by grinder, make the sample through sieve with CQ16(41 mesh) account for more than 95%, thus the sieving powdery sample can be used for wheat flour gluten content test.
Attentions
1. Put the sample evenly, not so quick or put all at a time.
2. After finishing operation, cut off the power and check the smashed sample.
3. Keep the work chamber clean, clean it after using.
4. When you turn on the power switch, if there is any crashing noise made by the blade and the shell of the machine, please cut off the power at once and repair
